All Prime Time Classics include your choice of baked potato (available 4 pm to close), cottage fries, French fries, and a house salad or homemade cole slaw

- Your choice of a 1/2 lb. of steamed in the shell or lightly breaded shrimp. Served with cocktail sauce and a lemon
- Fiesta Chicken
- A llightly seasoned, char-grilled chicken breast topped with melted Monterey Jack cheese, diced tomatoes, red peppers, black olives, scallions and crisp tri-colored tortilla strips all atop a bed of Spanish rice
- Yellow Lake Perch
- The finest yellow lake perch, caught in fresh waters, lightly dusted and golden brown. Served with tartar sauce
- Grilled Salmon
- A lightly seasoned, grilled 8 oz. salmon fillet served with a lemon wedge and a side of tartar sauce
- Great Lakes Walleye
- Two Great Lakes fish fillets with a light crisp crust. Served with tartar sauce and a lemon wedge
- Smothered Ground Round
- a handmade, char-grilled burger patty topped with sauteed mushrooms, homemade beef gravy and crisp onion straws served on Texas toast
- Frog Legs Dinner
- Dipped, dusted and deep-fried to a perfect golden brown. Served with a side of tartar sauce and a fresh-cut lemon wedge.
- BBQ Baby Back Ribs
- a 1/2 slab of slow cooked, tender baby back ribs basted with homemade smoky BBQ sauce & finished on the grill
- Mahi-Mahi
- A char-broiled Mahi-Mahi fish fillet lightly basted with our homemade dijon scallion butter. Served with a fresh-cut lemon wedge
